I didn't make the hak but mostly likley it's a VFX.
Even more liley is it's one of the Flag VFX.

Great Hak. I am now using it in my PW module. One questions
though, how do you get the wings? Is there a certain sub-
race? Or can you make up your own?

Thank you so much, Very handy. I appreciated the way you
divided it all up into the appropriate categories. I
initially placed all the ones I used in Special 1 and it
got quite cumbersome.
