After spending over a year dabbling in module creation (and only actually finishing one module), I discovered that I'm better at creating *settings* than actual adventures. The Castle of Baron Brordenelle is the first of (hopefully) several places that will inspire others to create adventures. An old castle, little used until recently, it is hidden in a wooded valley. The prefab includes grounds, walls, a chapel, and a multi-storied hall. All necessary NPCs are included as well, with enough scripting to have them move belieavably around the area. You could easily customize this area into a PW or a module, or it could be used as a starting place for several adventures. Feel free to do with it as you will. All I ask is that: 1) if you use it somewhere, send me a link so I can see what you did, and 2) if you use it, credit me somehow. See the readme file for more information.
New version uploaded. Note: you will need NWN, SOU, HOTU, CEP, and the JXP_mountains tileset to use this prefab.
I have posted an updated version of the prefab. Now it only requires CEP and JXP_Mountains. I have also posted some screen shots, so you can see a bit of how it looks before you download. The JXP_Mountains is used mainly for the one outdoor area--with the castle walls and courtyard. If you wanted to eliminate the extra tileset from you module, you could delete this area and remap the walls and courtyard in a tileset of your choice.
Sorry, I forgot to include the HAK information. Thanks for posting that. Actually, it only uses the JXP_Mountains and CEP. I'll remove the other stuff from the file and repost it in a few days. I'll also get some pictures up at that time.
