Town of Zerim town prefab by TOJ Information: This prefab is a small farming community town with an outside area and some indoor ones. The prefab have NPCs placed as well as some shops and maybe some scripts and hostiles. This has been extracted RIGHT from my campaign I ran and thus can contain many different things. The goal is for a builder/DM to grab it and do what they want with it. To use it: import the ERF file, and you don't have to overwrite any scripts at all! (if you do, it is DMFI 0.3 ones). /TOJ (or TOJts at NWC).
