Included in this zip are two .erf files for armor and weapon customisations. It works by a simple system using Bioware code to edit armor and weapon sections and change appearance types across all ranges (for armor, torso is adjusted only in range of same ac bonus, so can't make robes into plate armor, etc.). This system is designed soley with the purpose of allowing players to customise their equipment without the help of a DM or admin in modules where HotU crafting is not enabled. It also bypasses the item duplication bug, so becomes ideal for an easy-to-use customisation system.

Hiya, was just wondering if I could get a read me of some sort regarding this. It sounds pretty straight forward but as I have cep 2.0 installed as well and I'm not finding the placeables you are talking about. What are they called? What selection are they under? I think it would just help eliminate some of the confusion on how to impliment this.

AWESOME!! it was exactly what I needed.
There is 2 Waypoint scripts in the ERF, was kinda curious what they were for. as well as 2 sets of Golems. I deleted one set and kept the other. besides a tag difference I didn't notice anything else that would affect performance of this. (actually there was 2 ERF's in the Zip was wonder why). But none the less great Job!!

When you import it, it will add two new pre-fabs to your custom placeables palette. If you place them in your mod and talk to them, all else follows suit.

You open your mod in the NWToolset and go to File > Import.. then choose the ERF. I think this one will make characters that go through the armor-changing thing when you talk to them though I'm not sure.
