Yup. It's currently an amulet, but you can change it to be armor, weapon, whatever.
Description
This is a .erf file that contains a blueprint for an item and a script. The script, titled "alh_chickenequip", should be placed in the Module Properties / Events / OnPlayerItemEquip slot. The item is called the Amulet of the Cursed Chicken (found in Items / Custom / Miscellaneous / Jewellery).
Upon being equipped, this amulet (or whatever you may edit it to be) will cause the PC who equips it to polymorph into a chicken for a brief period of time, and will force them to squack and make chicken noises for the duration of the effect (~20 seconds).
This was made on a whim when I saw a request for it on the Idea Vault. Hopefully anyone who can find a use for it will enjoy it!
This is the .zip download for the Amulet of the Cursed Chicken. It contains a .erf file (place in the erf folder in your NWN directory) which will import the item and the script into your mod, and it also contains the readme document.

This is a good item to include into any RP
modules. I just re-named the item into a more
fancy name, and made it as a monster-drop...
oh, it's gonna be funny...very funny...
I've seen a variation on this with a PC drinking a potion, then having about four random polymorphs- each accompanied by voicechat exclamations, finally they return to normal form, grunt and fall over... hilarious!
