Nov 10, 2009 Allows hostile creatures to attempt to climb after PC's using the system to climb. Checks for Line of Sight, calculates chances of success before attempting the climb. The more likely the hostile can make the climb, the more likely it is to follow.
A complete climbing system that can be implemented by builders with no knowledge of scripting. Uses Placeables, Waypoints and local variables. Uses no conversations, and adds SpiderClimb Arcane Knowledge, Spider Climb Effect, Climbing Rope and Silk Climbing Rope items.
Updated 03-08-06. Climbing Rope is now identified. Fixed problem with climging damage sometimes only applying 1 die no matter what it was set to in the toolset.

Yes, I like this system. I think you could have expanded it more with the rope, in the way that C.R.A.P. did, allowing players to create climbing nodes in certain situations. Would be very interesting to see. _________________________ Vault Submissions | Arnheim | Beyond Vives

Voted a 9.00. I would've voted a 10 except that the "arcane knowledge" item is missing an image (should be a scroll rather than a misc. thin) and also missing slippers of spider climbing. Otherwise great job! I really appreciate the fact that this can be used out of the box without haks of any kind!

Fixed a Bug where the fall damage was not being calculated correctly. A note...place the fall waypoint far enough away from the Climb Destination Down waypoint so that players are not standing in the Fall Trigger if they critically fail a climb. Notes on this behaviour will be added to the instructions located on the placeables in the next update.
