I remember when I first downloaded this prefab, I wasn't sure what to expect... the description was pretty basic, just a 13x13 City Exterior... and then I saw what was so unique and endearing about this particular area: the unusual light techniques, first mentioned by Jamine. For such a unique look, I decided I had to give this no less than a full 10.00!

The lighting feels great. It feels exactly how a torch lit exterior should feel like. There are some graphical techniques I have not seen used before too. It's all very pretty.
I think it is especially strange how you set the area to always dark. Reminds me a lot of North Canada or Antarctica with only brief moments daylight during the winter season. Probably how North Faerun would feel too for that matter. I'm not sure if it was accidental or not but it works really well.
