In Response to Len. Yes, it gives its wearer those properties. This item is based on Inuyasha's clothing. That's all it does for him so that's all I made it do. (Technically Inuyasha's high Constitution, gives him his Regeneration +5, but since humans usually don't have high Constitutions I added it to this robe.)
