** Requirements: Nwn 1.67 and all expansions (SoU, HoTU, and CEP 1.53) **
Based exactly upon the city of Minas Tirith from The Lord of the Rings.
Here, in all it's glory, is the White City of Gondor as it so appeared during the declining years of the Stewards up until the troubled time of the War of the Ring. I have gone by not only the movies, but also by the books and some helpful maps that I found online, as sources. All seven levels of the city
have been rendered on a single large (16x16) map, from the Great Gate all the way up to the Tower of Ecthelion and the majestic cliffs of Mindolluin.
Everything has been built with the utmost accuracy and attention to all
the details that one would expect from a fine trip to Gondor's fair capital.
Map Notes have been added to denote all of the major points of interest to see.
Includes an .erf file for importing and a demo module to visit this great city.

Holy cra..... I am simply in awe.. Been perusing your "galleries" for about an hour now. I think I accidentally ran across your Temple of Ishtar prefab and just.. oh... wow.. I know it's been awhile since anyone posted to this, but... if you're looking for solid maps and areas, this is the place to look.

A very well-done Minas Tirith! You certainly managed to capture the feeling of the White City. Great job! _________________________ "Inconceivable!"
"That word... I do not think it means what you think it means."
I am glad you like my vision of Minas Tirith, xtrick8! I wasn't sure how well this would be recieved, but your post and vote have shown me that my efforts were not in vain. My thanks! Being a die-hard Lotr/Middle Earth fan since childhood (as well as being a major fan of the works of Michael Moorcock, as I mentioned previously) it does my heart good to see that there is still quite a bit of appreciation for Tolkien's old masterpiece of fantasy and all that it inspired and inspires to this very day.
Good luck with your Lotr project, and I hope it turns out beautifully!

I like this. This is the best representation of Minas Tirith that I have seen. I have placed this into my LOTR mod.
That's a good link to everything DOA, I must say! I have the main DOA base set already, but it's excellent to have one major source for all of the additions. Makes it very convenient for downloads when global searching on the Vault is down. Thanks for posting that! Highly useful link for any builder to know of.
I enjoyed building Osnimloth more than I did this, I must admit. It was hard, with Minas Tirith, since the way that the LOTR books describe the place it's so plain in comparison to the places of the Elves and the places in Mordor, all of which are much more colorful. So, in order to make a 100% accurate build of Minas Tirith, one has to build it a bit on the spartan (plain) side. The movies also show it that way, with most of the detail being the architecture itself so there it is. Pretty much everything the books describe of Minas Tirith I put in this prefab, but they didn't describe a lot of pretty details, really... again only on the architectural side. I kept my copy of the novel of "Return of the King" open to the relevent pages while I put this together, and you are very correct this did indeed come out good. Perfect, in fact, if not the absolutely most perfectly accurate translation of Minas Tirith ever. It's just that, when all is said and done, the architects of the human kingdoms of Middle Earth did build things in a way that was a lot less interesting than the folk of other races except, perhaps, for the Argonath but that was a monument... not a city. (Plus, so much more interesting fantasy has come down to us since when LOTR was written (such as my personal favorite fantasy series, the Eternal Champion cycle by the britith author Michael Moorcock), that we've come to take a liking to the prettier, more detailed things that fantasy has to offer. But still, I figured that since I had not seen an accurate Minas Tirith anywhere for Nwn, why not post mine? So here it is... and I can now resume working on some ideas that I know everyone will love much better! Stay tuned for more.

Its very good. I like Osnimloth better. They both have many tiers but this one is more plain looking.
