Includes a Real Estate Agent, house deeds, price list and DM Wand.
Allows DMs to dynamically make doors player ownable in a persistent way, from within the game. Very easy to make player housing for persistent worlds and to change doors whilst the module is running.
This is now final, hopefully all bugs fixed... (oh, and you can now copy your door key for friends).
1) Furniture from what I read is not persistent? If so, then what's the point?
Hmmm, I guess the point is that you have an instant easy to set up player housing system...... There is no reason not to implement any furniture system you want on top of this system.
2) Are there any plans to allow persistent banking aka your private stash to be persistent?
I would be inclined to add persistent containers to the houses - there are plenty of systems on the vault - Hermyts Persistent Chests is very easy to use for example, and easy to adapt.
3) How exploitable is this sort of thing? I mean, I wouldn't want to implement something like this in a module PW and see it's users abusing other's stuff.
Well, I understand that Beliadelfin implemented it on his/her world fine and was infact good enough to help out with quite a bit of debugging. I've coded and played a few worlds and like to think I have some idea about avoiding exploits, so I regard it as safe unless I hear otherwise.

I like this module addition. I bought a castle, setup some furniture and it all looks nice.
So my questions now:
1) Furniture from what I read is not persistent? If so, then what's the point?
2) Are there any plans to allow persistent banking aka your private stash to be persistent?
3) How exploitable is this sort of thing? I mean, I wouldn't want to implement something like this in a module PW and see it's users abusing other's stuff.
Thanks to beliadelfin for the few kind words and for doing the beta testing. This now all appears to work and can be regarded as final. Apparently the BioWare bug with the DM wand on the door can be avoided by clicking on the ground near the door instead of the door itself.

Love it would give it an 11 if you could make an item to clone the keys and a 20 if you could implement it with instanced housing. Very neat work
Well, there appears to be a bug in NWN (if anyone disagrees or knows a nicer work around please say!). For a dum client to use the wand on a door you need to DM force the lock open, open the door and then use the wand unique power on the door transition. You will get transitioned into the house, then back again and the wand will work. If you don't need to do this please tell me.
OK, hold off downloading for a bit: I've found a bug that stops the DM wand working for a DM client (grrrr $%^*$^*). Will post a fix very shortly - and notify here.
No, there's no persistent furniture, this isn't in the same league of sophistication as Hunter's stuff, but it is quick and easy. However, it does only affect the doors, so you can add any other technology you want inside the house... Sorry about the lack of zip - broadband arrogance.
Damn, I always forget something in the erf - sorry guys, I've added the key item in, somewhat tricky to own a house without a key! I've also added a fully working (as best I could tell) example module. My doors are set to self lock, so ignore your inability to lock your internal house door - the external one IS locked when it closes. Feedback very welcome - quick fixes assured ;-)
