Chaos Placeables v1.5 for CEPv2.0
The mighty Temple as built by wise King Solomon, which housed the legendary Ark of the Covenant... has ever excited the imagination of scholars, archeologists, and artists over the centuries. Now, at last, you can experience for yourself what the Temple was actually like, in the time when it dominated the religion of Israel. Meticulously re-created with every detail possible within the limits of Nwn, this prefab will take you back in time to the old days of the Temple,
and let you freely explore all of it's sacred grounds, and it's rooms... even the Holy of Holies itself... where the Ark lies enshrined! Perfect for true enthusiasts of Biblical History, and ideal for those making modules that are set in the days of the Old Testament. (Contains both a module and .erf)
Note: Import .erf only into a module that already uses the Chaos Placeables v1.5 for CEPv2.0 hak; otherwise, many placeables will appear to be missing.
I see you used MANY of my placeables...some from my Egyptian placeables pack...good use of them! I also am glad to see that you enjoyed using the sandstone gateway I made that was put into the CEP and CEP 2. Good usage! _________________________ -----------------------------------------
Creation is 100% imagination, but hakpaks
are another story altogether! ;-)
slink, I'm glad you noticed the effect I was going for here! I think it goes a long way to providing just the right ambiance in areas such as this one. coreh2, I figured that since this is a historical re-creation, it was best to depict only what was known to be there in the Historical/Biblical accounts. I didn't want to take too many liberties and add things that wouldn't be seen in Solomon's *actual* temple. I did a lot of research for this, using maps, pictures, and even a trip to a website that showed in 3D what the inside and outside of the Temple looked like. And in the end, if I might say so, I have created a superior version of it that features things which are laregely not shown, or forgotten about, in most 3D attempts to re-create this place, the site I visited included. (For instance they forgot to show the flowers placed just before the Holy of Holies! I had remembered these as mentioned in the Bible, so I have included them in my version. Also, a lot of pictures are incorrect about the placement of the Brazen Sea but mine is correct in it.) All in all, thanks for the votes given so far, and in the interest shown for these (historical) types of prefabs. It is very appreciated! - Cheers!

I liked it. Not as complex as some of your other stuff. It seems like it would fit well with that theme.

The amount of care that you obviously expend on detailing with placeables in your areas is amazing. I particularly appreciate the two-level approach you have used inside the this temple (and in others of your prefabs), which gives an effect of loftiness without the use of custom skyboxes.

Screenshots look cool. I'll download it once I get the placeables downloaded.
