Description

I noticed that Negative Energy Burst is bugged and only heals enemy undead. Here's the text of my fixed version that also heals friendly undead.

ok, so I've found out that this script is outdated as 1.69 altered it to cap maximal additional damage to +20

actually problem with this spell is that it don't heal your undead on lower difficult settings, on higher it will do. And there is no reason why the undeads should take will save to halv damage which will heals them - this script fixes both issues

Great! Really, why they should resist effect which heals them?

btw, line 109 "if(GetRacialType(oTarget) !=RACIAL_TYPE_UNDEAD)" is useless then, however your script works well this is just small enhancement
