A scripted system to create henchman with spellbooks the player has access to. The player can teach the henchman new spells with scrolls, change the spells he will memorise through conversation. Supports all meta-magic feats, domain-spells, spontaneous casting and such. Henchman use Tony K's ai by default (included and modified to work with this system). Note: The system overrides all old spellscripts to work.
My henchmen won't level up with me. Anyone else have this problem?

I know little of scripting, but this was easy to use and a great addition. Finally you can make your spellcasters compliment your own abilites....nice work!

Sounds cool. I've DLd it already, but maybe how should post how you're doing this, so folks know if this package is right for their needs
Updated to version 1.2. Now supports all classes which memorise spells. Now includes Tony K's ai.

Coooooool! This will be the one henchman system to rule them all! Oh, btw - the whole reason I wanted to contact you: Are you going to add support for Paladins. I would much rather a pally henchman than a druid - though a druid will be very cool to see nonetheless.
email me on [email protected] I would like to keep tabs on your progress. This is a very very exciting project you are working on. I would like to help you test it if you require so :)

Glad you like it, but it isn't comletely done yet, I am still tweaking it more. A new version should support talents, druids, still and silent metamagic and tony K's henchman ai instead of the codi-core ai which isn't that suitable for henchman anyway.

I can't understand why someone writes such an incredible script system (must have taked ages) and never checks the site :(

This is an amazing sytem. Breathtaking in fact! I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Any chance of one for Paladins? I tried to tweak it but it's way beyond my current scripting abilities. If it's simple, please email me at [email protected].
This is hall of fame material. Such a good utilisation of the CODI AI system and your own ideas. I love this concept - having mages or clerics for henchmen has been taken to the highest level. Now the player can select the spell configurations they want. This type of micromanagement adds so much more depth to the game! Awesome work!!! Something that should have been done a long time ago! I'll definitely keep an eye out for your future works.
