This script allows you to control about everything Music related on the module. You can change, start and stop music at will. Also what this script does is read the ambientmusic.2da when the module first loads and creates a small cache of it. This way the Music Wand always has the current up to date playlist everytime it is loaded without having to edit the script. Now DM's will be able to access new music as soon as its added.

You can change the music for both the night and day backgrounds at the same time or you can change just the day or night music instead of changing both at once. Also you can change and removethe battle music as well. As well as letting you change the Day, Night and Battle music, you can start and stop it using the wand.

Also it will backup the default music of the area before you change it. This way if you change the music and forgot what the original was, you can use the restore music function. You can restore all the music at once or just the day, night or battle music separately.

Note: Fot the back up music to work flawlessly, do not use any other music wand like the DMFI Music Wand. The script backups the current the music in the current area when it is started. So if you change the music of the area before that with a different wand, it will back up the current music instead of the default music.

I also added some conditional checks so the Restore Music Function only shows up if the DM changed the music in the area. Also blank songs will not show up in the music list as well. This occurs if theres not enough music to fill up the 10 slots per page. So now the unused slots are hidden from view.

The Next and Previous page functions loop back and forth. So if your one the first page and used Previous Page, you will go to the end of the page where all the latest music is listed.

The main menu with the restore music feature showing. It only appears if a DM changed the music in the area.

Heres the restore feature. You can restore all the music at once or selected music.
Note: The No Music at the end is the name of the default music. In the demo, its set to No Music.

Heres what the music select menu looks like. The list is autogenetered useing the ambientmusic.2da and it shows 10 tracks per page. The blue text is [Next Page] and [Previous Page] if you can't read them due to the jpeg compression.

ive been usen this for a long time. about to release a Flash player for CMP and recomend usen this wand for that combo pack

I've been using this for a few months now in a couple of campaigns and its worked perfectly everytime. Its easy to implement and like others have said, it auto-updates with any custom music added which is just awesome. This is a HUGE step over the DMFI Music wand. Great job Slynderdale! -Tarridus

Thanks for making this! I was always left wanting with the DMFI music wand, but this sounds perfec, especially since we use a custom music hak. I look forward to trying it out.

OnyxEye was the one that asked me to make this Music Wand because the original DMFI one wasn't cutting it. It only had the default songs and not that many options. So I ended up making one that Auto-Updates itself so theres no hassle on adding new music.
