This is a little addon I made for HunterAP's Housing & Property system ( http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Scripts.Detail&id=2424 )
It includes over 350 items not included in the original version/CEP addon to be used as placeables in one's home, plus a new housing type: inn rooms. Included are an inn key (rather than a deed, it is in key form) an instanced inn room area, a door for use with inn rooms, and a modification of Hunter's hh_deed_onact script, to allow for the new housing type.
Also included are the updated merchants which sell the new items, along with one new item created by me: a music box which allows the user to change the background music in his/her house.
All credit for this amazing system goes to its creator, HunterAP. I've just expanded upon it.

If you've modified the merchants from the original system, or modified the script that it overwrites, I would suggest importing this into a separate module first, and make your version compatible with this version, then export the merged version & import into your module.
By the way, if anyone is interested, I have made several "showroom" areas which display every placeable in this system in separate rooms according to what type of merchant they are sold on. I could put these into a demo module if there is any interest in seeing one.
