The purpose of this kit is to get henchmen built using 69MEH69s very excellent Module Builders Henchman (MBH) Kit v2.3a to behave nicely in modules that use the super cool Classic Roleplaying Adaption Project (C.R.A.P) haks and systems.
To use this kit, in addition to the files here, you need to download (or already have):
- 69MEH69s MBH Kit v2.3a: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=scripts.Detail&id=2306 - C.R.A.P. Base Hak, updated for CEP2: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=hakpaks.Detail&id=7035 - The Community Expansion Pack (CEP) v2.0: http://nwvault.ign.com/cep/
I take no credit for the MBH Kit or the C.R.A.P. haks and systems! All I did was try to come up with a way to combine the two very excellent products. Please post comments or bug reports for this combo kit here or on the C.R.A.P. forums: http://www.nwncrap.com/phpbb/
Updates in Version 2:
- Henchmen can now be commanded to listen in outdoor areas, in C.R.A.P. listen triggers you set up, and at doors
- You can now command your familiar to search, just like a henchman, using the Henchman Action Widget
- You can now command up to 6 henchman, up from 3 in the previous version
- The Henchman Action Widget now includes a cooperative search feature
- Henchmen now follow you over jumps
- Henchmen wont stand directly on top of small hidden items they find, and theres more feedback when they find something, including a visual effect
- There are now Henchman Interjection and Dialog Trigger blueprints in the kit.
The update (version 2) is up there ... do let me know if there are any bugs.

Excellent work. For anyone creating small multiplayer/single player adventures with CRAP, where henchmen would really make a nice addition, this work is a MUST have. As a sidenote, having this addition to CRAP has really made playtesting the mod for combat balance and how MP roleplaying might play out at certain points, a joy to do. _________________________ "Victory is built from the ashes of your enemies." - unknown
I use CRAP as well, and that would be handy. Try posting the links to the files needed just like yu'd upload a hak. ( It's easier to click on one, instead of copying/pasting the entire url. ) Most peeps won't take the extra effort. I found this out the hard way.
What else you got in mind to add to CRAP?
