Swaps pre 1.68 cloaks for the new corresponding coloured version.
With the introduction of cloaks all pre 1.68 cloaks are a drab brown colour using the lever in the test module swaps the cloak for the new corresponding coloured version.
All exisiting properties and the name of the original cloak will be copied across to the new cloak so caters for custom made cloaks. If the cloak is not found in the palette a default appearance is chosen, this is set by the builder.
The download contains a demo module and an erf with the custom lever and code.
To use: Import the lever into your module and place it at the start area or somewhere players have access to it.
I wrote this for my own PW but thought it may be useful for others.
v1.1 If the cloak is not in the custom palette a default appearance is chosen.

Thanks. I DLd the v1.1 and installed and tested the module, and everthing was fine, but when I imported the erf into my own module, I had the same problem. It seems the new erf contains the unmodified script. I exported the script from the new module and now everything works 100%.
Thanks again - this helps me avoid a lot of problems.
Oop now I do when I updated the test module I forgot to update the erf to v1.1 if you download the package now it will operate as advertised, thanks for the heads up. _________________________ City of Melnibone

Not sure how that is even possible in version 1.1 ie. custom cloaks being eaten.
If you send me the bic of the char with these cloaks I can run a few tests. _________________________ City of Melnibone

I didn't give it a perfect 10 only because a couple custom cloaks were eaten rather than reverting to a default as stated. But then - they were pretty bizarre, sooooo....
Heavy armour! Don't know how it can do that, what do you mean by hacked? Try the update see if that fixes it. _________________________ City of Melnibone

Already on my small server. Works perfectly for standard cloaks. Seems to some custom cloaks to the standard brown and hacked cloak can even turn into heavy armour! Still very useful though and I'm sure next version will probably address the minor niggles.

Now this is what the word community is all about!
Bioware gives us an update, and someone in the community creates a very useful tool to make using that update just that much easier!
Thank you VERY much!

Hi Di Ho All !! I am a sorta nobody but frequent the vault [ sometimes 6 or more times a day ] I very seldom vote of course little of my work has gotten any votes at all.But I have learned tons. 1 super lesson I learned is if Sir Elric submits something pretty much anything I should atleast download it even if it may not be something I use. I consider ' Sir Elric ' one of the top most scripts submitting to the vault and I also am a fan of Olander's work. With all the upheavel and mixed feels coming with NWN2 we appear to have lost Olander, I for 1 would hate to see Sir Elric get lost in this mix.
Sir Elric I love your work and place it at the top. _________________________ DEATH
