It's expedient. I usually go for the most bang for the buck, and this system is a pretty clear example of that. Some may find that it is not as all encompassing as other systems but it is very simple and allows modders to put whatever benefits, detriments, they want in regard to being mounted. Glad you fount it useful.

I thought this was CEP 2 it seems to be looking for CEP 1.5 files
