This pack includes three separate item types which are as follows.
The Eyes of Lore are my version of the Glasses of ID from Baldur's Gate and will improve your Lore skill temporarily three times a day.
The Boots of Speed that I've made are more to my tastes and may not appeal to others but I don't like passing out haste items to my players so instead I made three different sets of boots that only increase the PC's foot speed; Lesser 5%, Greater 10%, and the Unique version that increases it by 15%. This enhancement is permanent until the boots are removed and cannot be dispelled.
Lastly I have included a requested item, a Holy Symbol that when equipped by someone with a good alignment will apply bless and an aura against evil alignment until unequipped by the player. *The Bless effect will apply to all allies within range.
Installation instructions are included in the .erfs comment section as well as a script to make the Glasses of ID work via it's tag based script.
It's going to be a little tough, but I think I can manage it. _________________________ "Eloquence dear freind, Eloquence in simplicity."

What about an equipable flag where gives the holder and the party the following bonuses:
Aid,Strength, etc..(Sure you can come up with some here)
Hmm, I don't know on that one, but I will look into it and get back to you on the results. I know I can do an area music change but a local by player is another beast entirely. _________________________ "Eloquence dear freind, Eloquence in simplicity."

Thanks Mike! Love your work. :)
You think you can make an instrument play music if for example a bard equips it?...that would be cool. _________________________ Imtherealthing
This script should be in your module with the name eq_ns_hboot_1 alongside an uneq_ns_hboot_1. The one below is the Equip function, keep an eye on your character when you put the boots on and you will see the haste visual and slow visual when you put them on or take them off and you will know that it is working correctly.
Eyes of lore are in the same place as the other items mate, in the special custom five section and as for the boots there shouldn't be any problems with it. Works fine on mine and I just exported it right out of the module, it doesn't haste you but increases your movement speed by five percent, ten then fifteen. However I will, like before, post a script here that has the code on it. Lastly the Holy symbol works with any good alignment player, will be making a dark symbol which will be in my Custom Item pack two which will include my skill potions. _________________________ "Eloquence dear freind, Eloquence in simplicity."

Dude...love the Holy Symbol. I wish you also made an Unholy symbol. One other thing I would have added to the script is that if someone of the opposite alignment picked it up it would continue to do damage to the PC as long as it is held. _________________________ Imtherealthing

Ah..duh..only those with Lawful good can use the holy symbol. Ok..got that figured out. What about the boots...how do they work? _________________________ Imtherealthing

When I equip the boots nothing happens. When I use the holy symbol I always get the same answer - that my deity never answered my prayers or some such thing. I tested it with a none cleric and with a cleric...always the same resault. _________________________ Imtherealthing

Dude...lol..can you please say what they are called as doing a search for "Eyes of Lore" in my Custom items brings up nothing. I guess I will keep looking, but it would be nice if you said where these could be found. Thanks for making these. ;) _________________________ Imtherealthing
