This Dye Kit will allow players to dye thier Clothing, Helms and Cloaks to any color they wish. Offering an easy to use menu of colors, the user is even told the current color of thier clothing so they may revert to it if they wish. The scripts included are fully compatable with SoU patched to 1.68 and up.
Updates: 1/10/2004 - Added the Clothing Builder chest to the ERF.
4/29/2006 - Added new colors for 1.67 (Thanks Nicole for the Update)
8/30/2006 - Added the ability to alter the colors of cloaks.

Excellent, installed with 1.69 and seems to work fine (no CEP in this one, but shouldn't be any grief). I can't imagine building without this little kit.

Darkangel, please be aware that some of the new cloaks are actually "made of" leather and metal, and have to be dyed as such for the kit to work properly. Give this a try, be sure to compile all the scripts after adding them, and hopefully that will do the trick. _________________________ Realms Of Destiny PW
I'm sorry that the system is not working for you. Can you give me more information on what exactly is not working for you? Please details exactly what you are attempting to do, and what they results are.

Nice try but the dye cloaks will not work in demo mod or any mod i have placed it in or any mod ive seen it used in so I give ya a score of 5 for the effort This would be great if ya post a fix to this problem !
Yes, you should be able to dye the new cloaks added in patch 1.68. If you are unable to, check your overrides fodler for baseitems.2da. If that is in there, it is stopping the cloak from being dyed.

Much more efficient than using individual pots (Iz Ghood!)
I can't, however, get my cloak to change colors, 'course I've only tried it on the demo mod it came with (don't know if that had anything to do with it)...just to make sure I understand..."Added the ability to alter the colors of cloaks." refers to the nice new 1.68 cloaks, right? O_o

Thanks A Million!
My DM gave me one of these the other week, when he caught me wishing my cloths were a different color. This is TOO COOL!!!
P.S. Isn't that new cloak system AWESOME?!!!!!
Gotta love it
Well earned "10" from me :)
Thanks!

Many people have tinkered with Milambus' outstanding scripts over the years, but it's nice to the man himself back in action. His hall of fame status is richly deserved.
object oChest = GetObjectByTag("ClothingBuilder");
*more stuff* [/quote]
Umm, that wont actually take any gold, you would (beneath this) need to add a:
TakeGoldFromCreature(iCost, oPC, TRUE);
To actually take the gold :)
This is great work though, been using it for ages. _________________________ NWN2 stuff:

I love it. Unfortunately it seems module builders don't know about it.
