I apologize for not contributing to this board for a while. Took a break for a year and played in a gigging rock band for a while to 'recharge the batteries'. Here's another song in my typical 'a little for everyone' style. It starts out slow, then rocks hard with some nice ambient voices at the end. I tried something a little different on this one. All of the guitars are 'first take'. No touch ups, no over dubs. Gives it a little rougher 'live' feeling to the sound....something I've been wanting to do for a while. If you like this song you may want to check out the others I uploaded to this site; Darkenwood, Twilight in Palanthas, and Hall of Kings. Finally, I want to thank everyone for all of the encourgaement and kind words of appreciation I have received over the past year. Enjoy!! -Mike-
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 7 that made this score of 6.72 then rounded to 7.

Mike, you truly know music and your guitar work is something I've never heard.

Uhmm don't take my last post wrong mike... (im not very good at expressing myself in english since im dutch) it was ment like "if you try to pick all the notes instead of long pullof and hammer on parts maybe you will like it better" becouse I do myself. im not saying it is necessarily better. your song was good by the way(:

its actualy not acoustic shealladh. its an electic guitar. anyway, personly 'd try to pick all the notes. it creates a more "clean" sound though the pullofs are more easy to play.

Well mate, the wait was worth it.
Definately worth the download even if not your cuppa tea :D
I gave you a 9, as I adore acoustics with this sort of theme. If that is at all possible to do, I'll use it for our upcoming PW.
If not, not sure what I can use it for, maybe HotU theme track :evillol:
Keep them like this most definately.
