Genki----Eligio's Custom content guide pretty much covers it all. Its not too hard at all and I'll gladly answer any questions either thru here or email on any specific question if I know the answer. ArkainThug--Due to a little mispackageing on my part, all the files are in a folder named voicesets. All the files need to go in your override. no folders. In other words, all the wav,ssf and soundset 2da go in the override. Hope that clears it up, if not let me know. Also wanted to say that this is updated to 1.62 and works fine, but I forgot to unlock all the npc voicests in the new soundset 2da. You can easily do this yourself with notepad or wordpad and change the last number in the type column to a 0. If you dont understand this at all, I'll fix it soon. Also if anyone wants to write out all the dialogue for a custom tlk. You're more than welcome to.

You place all the files in the zip/rar/ace in your override folder... then you extract the soundset.2da file and also place that in your override folder... there should be a readme in the archive file...
