This piece has alot of notation in it...lol. I think I put 4 different themes in here it is long too. I like it and I think it would fit good into a battle scene. Please as usual rate it and leave some feedback. Thanks and hope you enjoy :o)

One base theme, the underlying one with the horns and the moving bass line would be sufficient... adding all the over-top lines seems to clutter it... it sounds less like something ordered and in time and more like 2 different time signatures running overtop one another... especially at the beginning. and I don't mean 9/4 time, I mean one group of instruments is playing in 5/4, the others in 4/4, and the points that they start a new phrase are seemingly completely different and it seems to sound odd

I like what I read up there it's kinda funny I just stuffed all the music into the music (After using a converter tool it doesn't work otherwise I think) folder then copied the ambientmusic.2da into the ovveride and added the lines of info into the 2da and it works for me.

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 12 that made this score of 8.25 then rounded to 8.

Auron25,
I use Cakewalk 9.0 and Gigastudio 160 for the hd based sampler. Though since I am now taking private instruction for Music Theory and Piano. I have been making many of my themes via playing the piano (it is a cheap casio keyboard).
If you have further questions please feel free to email me or talk to me via AIM. That goes for anyone that may be viewing this page. I would love feedback on my work and a chance to help those of you that have questions on how to get started or how to accomplish a certain task.

What program (if any) do you use to compose custom music?

Wow,
This piece really sounds awful on my small desktop
speakers, I suppose that is what I get for composing on 4
old 1980's speakers routed through a stereo...lol.

Excellent stuff! I don't really mess too much with
inserting custom music into the game but this is an example
of something that would make that effort worth while. Nice
flow, nice dynamics!

Sounds good Adam...good arrangement of instruments. The only
thing I thought it might need is a little more bass. Give it
some rumble...hehe. Otherwise, I like it.
