This is a soundset based on Stewie from Family Guy; I had a similar one for Baldur's Gate 2 which had us all in stitches, so I decided to create one for NWN :) If you run into problems running it, please check the readme and otherwise mail me for comments - I've had problems running it on some custom online modules but haven't been able to track the cause yet, so more info is welcome. Stewie.zip contains the sounds, and the dialog.tlk is optional - it contains the written versions of stewie's ramblings.
As of update patch 1.69 a number of these don't work in game. only ones working are:
help, hello, goodbye, good idea, laugh, heal, enemy sighted, go stealthy, cheer, look here, guard me, and move over.
they are still funny as hell though, nice work. _________________________ jml's list of community addons/overrides, etc. Link

othium: unfortunately it requires the other players to install it as well, so for now its a self-help only... NWN doesnt automatically up the files to them, unfortunately :)
Wayfarer: in theory it's possible, except that you might get into trouble with the number of available 'voice slots'. There are a limited number of slots in a certain file that NWN needs to recognise what sound goes with what action. I don't remember how many exactly, so I'll look into it when I have some time. The alternative is that you would have to create a custom .hak for it or some such (which seems to be fairly difficult - hard enough, at least, that I decided to keep it simple) so I think I'll wail for nwn2 and hope it has its act together.

Apparently it only works on my side. No one can hear them, other than myself. Was this not intended for multiplayer?

Opponent,
Their is CEP(community expansion pack), CTP(community tileset pack), so why not CVP(community voiceset pack)?
In my opinion one of the worse features about Neverwinter Nights is the voicesets for the PCs. On the other hand, the voice sets for Baldur's Gate 1&2, Icewind dale 1&2 and Planescape Tournament was one of the best features of those games. How hard would it be to convert all of those voicesets to NWNs so that it could be as widely used as CEP?

To all future downloaders: I would greatly appreciate feedback concerning successful use of this set. If you got it to work flawlessly (and, of course, if you didn't) please take a moment and mail me with your NWN version, Operating System, installed official expansions and if possible, modules and hakpacks, as well as any observations you have made (does it not work at all? partially?) this should help me track down bugs. Thanks!

I'm still not sure - I unfortunately don't have extensive resources for testing - but I think the problem is that either the soundset doesn't get recognised at all, which means it doesn't like the .ssf file, or it refuses to swallow the soundset.2da file. The latter contains a listing of all the sounds used in NWN, and I used several of the many blank lines to insert the Stewie sounds into. I wouldn't be surprised if this has to do with either differing NWN versions and the effects of their updates, or custom modules overwriting things they shouldn't be. What version of NWN and which expansions are you running?

Do you have other soundsets installed, or are you trying to play a custom module? I've noticed these tend to mess things up on occasion. What exactly doesn't work - are you not able to select the soundset at all in-game, or can you select it but do you not hear anything?

This has to be the funniest thing I've heard in a long, long time. I love the show, and you've done a great job at picking the right lines for the sound set. I laughed so hard, that I actually want to immediately make up a new character and play modules all over again so I can use this sound set.
