This soundset.2da goes in your override folder and gives you access to more voices when you build your new character. When you play online, everybody will hear what you hear. Some are your old favorites from NWN1. Some are new for NWN2.
Enjoy, Qwildurn
I fixed the BadStrRef and added a sepperate file download for the original NWN2 and Mask expantion.
(you only need one)
I only used sound-sets that resemble humanoid speach. In other words, I did not include lions and tigers. Please keep in mind that these additional sounds were not designed for players and might be missing a sound slot or two.

Nice. Thank you very much. Too bad so many of the other voices don't have all the categories included. _________________________ Website: Link
Markshire is building in preparation for NWN2
The bad strref is because Bioware turned off some NWN1 sounds but did not remove them. All I did was change column 5 to turn some on and re-assign others to PC use. I would not know what numbers to use to overcome the bad strref. Your welcome to try. Just open the .2DA with notepad. The file works just as it is. - Qwildurn
Are the Boatman and Gatekeeper voices from Hordes of the Underdark in this? They seem to be included in the .2DA file, but they didn't show up in the list of voices. In the file, column 3 (strref) has them at **** instead of 0 or 1 like the others. Colimn 4 (also strref) has them both set to 0. For ease of use, the Gatekeeper is number 407 and the Boatman 439. _________________________ Eldritch Knight
Thank you. Having played, hosted & built for NWN1 I had a clue as to where to start. This soundset file is BIOWARE's file. All I did was change some numbers in column five and then spent more than a few hours testing it. No doubt there is a few I missed, but I'm done. - Qwildurn - (you can find my server in story)
Well done this must have taken you quite a long time, It would take me ages just to see if you missed any. Some of the soundsets are still there from nwn1, without String references which makes it hard. It makes you wonder if any other sound sets are still there just with the wrong RES REF.
