A definite '10' - it's a masterpiece. An adventurous theme. _________________________ [...] And the world was created. [...]

I rather like this. It is rather peaceful, but with a "I wonder what will happen next" feeling--- and that is one of my favorite things to feel. I liked the very, very beginning, but the 0:14-0:15 part, where the other instruments join, felt... strange. Somewhere around 0:52 where the piano goes down just felt... incorrect to me. I think it is because I cannot recall hearing that pattern elsewhere in the piece. Overall, I enjoyed it very much.
great and melolic any chance of download for me viawindowsmedia player

This is my first time to hear any of your compositions, but I'll be on the lookout for more of your work. This piece is one of the most beautiful works I've heard from the Vault. Merlin, you truly are a wizard at music. Thank you so much for this. _________________________ Yay, I have a blog. Faithless: The Making of an NWN2 Module

Soundwise the track felt a little thin, and could do with a little more resonance/depth. A little tinny on my 7.1 system.
That said, the tune is good, melodic enough for good emotion, whilst not so powerful that it doesn't work for ambient sound. Nice work. _________________________ Works of B G P Hughes: Link

The melodic strings at 0:30 could have been created differently... they seem to have a wah wah feel to it, though that could just be a software or hardware issue. I really like the supporting bass-line.
I was a little disappointed with the build at 1:30, it didn't seem to go as far as I felt it should. Maybe use more upper register strings at that point, it would raise the feel of that growth a bit without sacrificing the overall feel of the piece.
But these are just opinions. I know how it feels when people constantly say "well, if you did this..." or "Maybe you should do this..." I get kind of annoyed. I think the overall piece is great and I would definitely use it in a module.
*thumbs up*

Relaxing, yet something with the theme promotes adventure and wonder to sweep the apathy away.
When it hits (1:31), the main course is served with a bit of chills if you're in the right frame of mind.
Outstanding - thanks for sharing this with us all!

Quite nice. Very epic feel. The only thing is it doesn't feel very nautical to me. I actually thought it sounded like a good theme for norse horsemen riding across the tundra.

A very nice piece of music. Created images of sailing across the sea within my head, although this did leave me wondering if the piece might be a little too long for its likely uses. The piano notes at the start seemed a bit on the high side for my liking, but otherwise this is a very nice piece of music. How did you create it? _________________________ View my blog regarding the Relbonian Chronicles project --> Link
