This is the NWN2 soundsets, please only use these if you already own NWN2. I have uploaded this so others dont have to go through the hassle I have.
I exported the .wavs (actually mp3s), renamed to NWN1 standards, exported the TLK entries and created a custom TLK, created SSFs and created a custom soundset.2da which refers to these soundsets.
It includes all NWN2 & MOTB henchmen (except Grobnar who is annoying and refers to himself often in his voiceset and Okku who's voiceset wouldn't suit a PC). It also includes 14 other generic PC voicesets.
Includes a demo module which you can create characters against and check out the voicesets.
2da and module are for 1.69 beta 5.
-Update-
Changes in 1.1
* Added 2da padding to soundset.2da (thanks Magirot)
If you have already downloaded 1.0, just download the 2da and put it in your override directory.

Easy to use, did everything well.
-I'm yet again reminded how horrible the female selections are. And now I'm convinced it is related to some idiocy on the part of female voice actors...because even a lot of the NPC voice sets are just...terrible. (Also reminded of just how much I absolutely hated Elanee's voice...) _________________________
Sorry not sure what you mean by CEP 2.1 lines?
If you mean all the padding in the TLK file, that is to prevent conflicts with other peoples custom TLK's including CEPs.
I won't be changing this as it would mean editing every SSF file (again). _________________________ NWN2 voicesets for NWN1

If you ever get the chance, please release a tlk that doesn't use CEP2.1 lines. I'd do it myself but honestly? Wouldn't have a clue where to start.
I'd say dump the lines and add in new ones where I know there are not taken, but that's just a guess. :P _________________________ Cheers,

I quote from the description: "2da and module are for 1.69 beta 5."
So you have put the mod etc in the right places, now you just need to create a new character in the test module and choose from the voicesets that are last on the list. _________________________ NWN2 voicesets for NWN1
Couple things- First, you should note the mod is for 1.69, and won't open in 1.68.
Second- could you offer some sort of explanation of how to install these, for us non-cody, clueless folks? I tried dropping the TLK in tlk folder, the mod in mods, and everything else in the override... got nothin'.
What goes where?
Really looking forward to the chance to use these! _________________________ "There's no religion but time & motion-

Thanks for the advice about the 2da padding. I have updated the release to 1.1 with a padded 2da.
I have asked for FTP access to upload files for 25MB. In the mean time I will host a single file download on my own web hosting. _________________________ NWN2 voicesets for NWN1

Few notes: It would be nicer if it was a single file instead of two parts, and secondly, you have to pad the 2da with null lines (see UserXX lines in the file) if you want to skip numbers in entries. Otherwise, when you later add something between those lines, it will move your additions and you'll have to modify the creatures which have these entries to correct it. This is because the number is there only for the editor, NWN checks the line number itself.
Anyway, this was something that I've been looking forward to, thank you!

I was about three quarters way through doing a version of this myself.lol
All I had left to do was add the characters lines of text to the tlk and finish editing Grobnar's wav.files, removing his references to himself and one of Casavir's where he mentions being a paladin. So I can appreciate the amount of work involved. Unfortunately, I cannot vote on your work as I obviously have no need for it. ;)
Keltic_Oryantal, I don't believe that is possible with a custom TLK. The names for the voicesets are grabbed from dialog.tlk, so you would have to add e.g. "Female Fighter NWN2" to that, which is a pain.

Fabulous! I can't get my hands on enough different soundsets so I really appreciate this.
I was wondering if you would have any advice on renaming the voices in the toolset as say example "Female Fighter NWN2"? I've got all of the BG and some Planescape voices as well in my own tlk so I'm trying to keep them sorted. :) _________________________ Cheers,
