I'm getting a 403 error when trying to download it. Considering your other work, I'd like to be able to get to this file. Must you link to it externally like that? Whenever people do that, things go wrong...
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 23 that made this score of 8.66 then rounded to 9.
