Well, it seemed to be in big demand so here it is, and WOAH its a bigger download then the Desert City tileset itself! These are 512x512 hi-res textures, some of the originals had to be changed because I did not posses hi res textures of the originals. Just follow the easy instructions in the readme file, also you need WinRar to decompress this. I had no idea it would take so long to recreate these *ugh* :) ENJOY!
A capital-C Classic, just shy of perfection. Khêmìt & Dêshrét never looked better. _________________________ -------------------------------------------

Wow. Now that's a great desert city improved.

Makes one wonder why there wasn't a desert city in the OC's?

Very nice! Now those who prefer a better texture have a place to go. Of course, the tileset was always a great addition in my opinion.

I haven't built with this, but I've played in a campaign that used this tileset. Good attention to detail and a whole host of great tiles. _________________________ I am willing to suspend my disbelief,

Finally, a good use for the CEP2 camels! Good going.

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 3 that made this score of 10.00 then rounded to 10.

Starchild, yes I used photoshop to create those, and thanks for the comments to everyone, thanks Dave and B.Carroll.
Hopefully it will make it easy for people to pick and choose which ones they want to use, because it does change the appearance of the original, so you can change whichever ones you want by following the instructions.

Brilliant as usual. Thanks for giving builders more control over the tilesets and the look of our mods. Planning a city has never been so much fun!

Hey, thanks for posting these textures! I'm learning how to reskin an existing tileset, and looking at your .tga files helped me to get the correct size for my texture. Although using hi-res textures in tilesets make the corresponding file size larger, I think it improves the appearance of the tileset.
BTW, do you use PhotoShop for making your textures?
