These are some simple model reskins I made to replace some of the default Bioware textures for my own module. I thought I'd share them with you all, as my module may never get finished at the rate I'm going, and I thought maybe someone else may be able to get some use out of them while there's still people playing this game.
What you get:
1) An improved cow. I just moved the eyes, to be honest, but having grown up around the things, I couldn't stand the original version.
2) An improved Balor. I made this using Yariv's Balrog texture blended with the default Balor to give it a darker look, and removed the shiny head.
3) Matron reskin. While I personally had no need for a Drow Matron, I have found a use for this version of her.
4) Halaster reskin. Another NWN/Faerun specific NPC model I had no use for, so I made him into a Fire Giant Mage.
While these are intended for module builders like me who want a new look for some of the default models, feel free to use these however you wish. An honorable mention would be nice, especially if you should decide to include any of them in something non-module-specific, or in a non-overwriting form, but it's not really necessary. I'd be happy to know who was using them out of curiousity, so let me know here! Enjoy!
Minor update: Found one I forgot. Added Bone Golem reskin as a separate download.

Nice stuff - wish there was more. Many of Bioware's models just don't cut the standard anymore, and these reskins are definitely in the right direction. I'd give it a 10, but after seeing your skyboxes - it'd diminish the 10 I gave those. _________________________ --

You'll have to excuse me if I sounded grumpy about traditional D&D (again). Don't post comments on the internet when you're tired, kids, hehe. It's always been a little bit of a sore spot of mine when I hear people in the community say D&D, or some aspect of it, should be a certain way, when it can be anything we want it to be, but I'm pretty sure Fardoche77 was just trying to give some constructive criticism, and it is appreciated.
Maybe in a Forgotten Realms setting, and cows are supposed to have only one head. You obviously don't know me, so please don't take offense. I originally made these for my own project, which has nothing to do with any traditional D&D world.
