This is an override for the default rual tileset roads, turning dirt into cobble/paving stone. This also overrides the CEP road placables using the same texture, if you're using CEP.
Place in your NWN/Overrides folder.
Edit - Will be adding in three more textures. Current will be a flagstone texture, along with a new winterized one. The other two will have a smaller stone size (cobblized).

yeah the hak isnt really important, so i wont ask you to do the extra work on it, but excellent on the winter version! you rock TheCapulet :3 keep up the cool work...
@ Bannor_Bloodfist
I plan on updating this later with updated models for the rual tileset as well. Not only due to the issues you see, but also because the current tileset's grass edges into the widened road texture. I just have to figure out how to do it, heh. So when I do this, I'll keep your suggestion in mind.
@ Raven
If you don't need hak's I'll avoid the extra work. ;) But I will update the download with an optional winterized overrides as well. _________________________ -The Capulet

much ablidged "TheCapulet" :3 i only ask for a hak because i use nwncq, but i just realized that your system overrides even the hak... which is fine with me...
and if this comment system will let say it, how about a winterized version? since im here i might as well throw in another bit...
and that set i mentioned earlier, was the Castle Exterior, Rural...

Great idea. Texture actually looks pretty darned good. My only real complaint with it is the size of your cobbles. Way too large for a real cobble road. This can be adjusted in the individual mdls, with the exception of the _03 version. However, to adjust it, you have to actually modify the original mdl files and then distribute them as well, which defeats the override purpose.
Perhaps just a smaller sized cobble from the start would be better.
Anyway, keep up the attempts, that texture really could be useful.
Wow! This looks very nice indeed! I love it!
I've yet to test it out. So it should be fine.
It's nice to know that it overrides the placeable roads in the CEP with the same texture too.
That just makes it more interesting indeed!
Very nice work here! :-)
Even though I'm not playing any modules or Bioware official games with NWN 1, I still have it installed, and will continue to do so for ages I think, just because there are people out there who continue to make such wacky and wonderful content like the CEP, and it's things like this which I never tire of, and thus they will always keep me coming back for more.
I love to play around with all the lovely content in the CEP and trying to build on ideas here and there.
NWN 1 seemed to very unique in providing a toolset to allow these options until they created the same idea with NWN 2 and Dragon Age, and it's all thanks to Bioware. I have to hand it to them.
Once again, very nice work here with the cobble road! I'm going to try it out afterwards. :-)
You mean the dirt/rock road that came with the last prem mod? I could probably do that.
And turning this into a hak shouldn't be a prob. I'll update it in a day or two when I get time. _________________________ -The Capulet
