He IS aware of this and from what I've been told this is something that is inherent to IGN. Maximus IS trying to do something about the problem so you might want to fire an email to him about it. IF enuff people email him and this gets passed onto IGN maybe those jerks will keep their adverts off The Vault! As for your DL problem...
