A great override, and completely option for any player that wants to use it (the beauty of overrides over hak packs). And yes, regardless of season, forests are always filled with dead leaf litter (unless they are beautified national parks or someones private property, nature doesnt come complete with a high-power leaf blower that can clear an entire forest and the wind dont count!) _________________________ — RPG-Pro

I've lived in the Rockies, the Appalachians, and the Cascades -- in that order. People who have never seen a real forest need to shut up and stop cheerleading for Bioware's "vision".

Agreed, I live right next to a hardwood forest, and much of the floor is covered by dead leaves the majority of the summer.

I don't know where you all come from, but hardwood forest floors, specifically stands of oak, are covered in dead leaves year round. It closely resembles the forests around my area, that's for sure.

I have to agree with Elmondarks sentiment that the implementation of the override creates some incongruity with the builders vision not to mention that there is an intrinsic problem with creating a one size fits all solution to forest floors ie healthy trees with lots of dead leaves kind of depends on the time of year, type of tree, etc. however, all in all I like the look, have never liked the generic forest floor and really think that the effort is top notch. Please keep up the work!

dunno what the default forest floor looks like.
but this looks horrible :)
there's dead dry leaves everywhere, around healthy trees, and a small patch of green grass around the tree.
looks very odd...

Try to make the same for rural or the rest tilesets.
very nice

Very nice, forests look much better with this!
Certainly a step up from the default texture.

Looks great! The grass texture seems a little dark, but otherwise, the leaves look good. Also, the override doesn't seem to fit in places where module writers have stripped out most of all of the trees, but that's not a problem with the override itself.

Quite pretty, I confess the real tough decision is which of the two overrides I like more..
