This is an uber built for annihilating just about everything. You can't really level it, but, why bother? This is a spellcaster with epic abilities but is only level 20 and 30. Enjoy annihiating. This has custom items with it. It also has the "Controllers", which, according to the mythology of the main semiuber, are the basis of how the thing stays normal and under Ao's control.

I can give you a few more tips if you want ; There are some feats that increase skills but since you set skills that high, those are redundant and if you want more skills you could simply set it higher.Caution: not skill mastery feats,those help.Same goes for the weapon proficiencies; if you have simple,martial and exotic the rest are just cluttering up the feat list.
The spell power feats work on your selected magic school spells but since that wizard is a generalist, I doubt they work (didn't have time for extensive testing yet).Adding the improved metamagic feats (improved maximize,improved empower, not improved quicken since you have the automatic version of it) will add to the cheese.
Epic feats:Automatic still and silenced spells lvl 0-9 are good (quicked still has a chance to fail when wearing armor, at least it failed for me when I had cast iron body).Epic spell focus are good (+1 DC from greater spell focus).Then are the epic spells (or EDM if you go that way).

Very nice, however could you please make him level 30 while you are at it ? The extra levels give duration and a more damage in certain spells.Also , a few warlock shape feats whould be nice instead of only the blast.
