These haks are meant to be shared by persistent worlds under the social tab. They contain a very complete selection of all the clothing options and head and hair options available, as well as selected weapons, creatures, tilesets, placeables, and spell effects. The social haks will be maintained and updated, with better version control than I usually bother with.
Does Eph need help? Yes! I welcome anybody else willing to tackle some detail-chasing grunt-work! What I have is, I think, a great start, but all aspects of it can be improved.
Other features include a set of properly meshed 2da files that support:
1. New icons for nudes, bathing suits, etc.
2. The "closeness enhancement" where players can get within kissing range.
3. PC Tools is included for more emotes, props, and dice rolls.
4. Broader content than any available in any single server.
5. Override directories can be cleaned out for server stability.
6. Players can switch from server to server without downloading entirely separate haks with largely duplicate content. (2.1 GB and counting!) ( Eek! Cancel that! The 1.23 autodownloader nukes this feature! ) (Well, not so fast --
Download:
1. The files themselves sit in Pravita Nova's NWVault page: Link
In addition to the 7 haks, there is an 84-MB override version of the headswings hak (also contains tails and hair).
2. On the page you are reading, we have this readme file and some helpful lists. Helpful to builders and maintainers, at least, and also helpful to players that like to make their own clothing and armor.
--Lists included:
--1. Body parts listing (xls and ods [that's OpenOffice] formats)
--2. hair listing (xls and ods formats)
--3. head listing (xls and ods formats)
--4. clothing listed by author (text)
--5. clothing listed by toolset number (text)
--6. placeables (no list yet)
--7. weapons (no list yet)
3. Coming soon, hopefully: item blueprints in an easy-to-install erf.
4. Coming soon, hopefully: an example module showing off the features of this suite of haks

The Jester/Casa/Chimneyfish things based on the Jester nudes are in a NEw SocialClothing hak - number 4. There were little bug-fix tweaks in all of the clothing haks. I added a boatload of "dummy" male models so that all the partnerless females ones would nevertheless be visible in the toolset.

--- v.1.05 --- 20 January 2010 ----------------------
New content added: three new "ethnic" human female heads by Xaltar and a bug fix to SocialHeadsWings.hak to stop duplicating human female heads 11, 12, 13, 14. The custom heads are now moved to 21, 22, 23, 24. In a structural change, the KEMO animations have been moved to a separate hak. Two haks have been split: The KEMO animations in SocialTilesPlcs were moved to a separate hak called SocialKemoAnims.
Lists for heads, hairs, accessories, and clothing for toolset users. Parenthetically, these are also useful for content-builders who want to know which numbers are un-used at the moment.
Soul Catcher -- thank you!!! I will use your advice and get the "utilities" sorted out asap.

p.s. All files are also in "lmza" format as well as "rar" format.
p.p.s. Your PW server might be able to simply link directly to the lmza files for autodownloading. This works great for Pravita. The only trouble that I can see is that, I THINK, if I update a hak here at the Vault, then then the ADL will go ahead and download it for the next player that logs on. Then that version won't match with the PW server's version and a message about "unable to verify" will pop up and the user will be locked out until the PW server does an upgrade-restart. I think that that is such a big yuck that you shouldn't arrange things that way.

SINGLE PLAYER SOZ ENGLISH ONLY:
Placeables 2da issue with SOZ:
2479-2484
1937-1968
967-968
2011
basically take the placeables lines from the data folder nwn install path.../Data/2DA_X2.2da and overwrite the lines of placeables.2da in the in the socialutils hak.
I already voted, but great work.
From previous version base SOZ i think it was noted(I'm currently checking):
appearance.2da addition of animation speed column. new monsters given speed 1
doortypes.2da opentime changed on some door types
nwn2_icons.2da 2020-2035 moved to 2620-2635
tiles.2da eph tiles ok
tilesets.2da 19 moved to 17 (MOW conflict)
wingmodel.2da Gnome male conflict w MOW #30 position
socialutil.rar contains backup of eph pre SOZ 2das

In other news, I think I've understood the pros and cons of the autodownloader now.
PRO: the "override" version for character creation is no longer needed. Haks are read before character creation, now.
CON: The whole point of having a community hak set is so that many servers could share the same files, saving players huge amounts of disk space. This goal is nuked. The autodownloader as it exists at the moment checks file-creation dates. So, for a player that switches from server to server, the odds are 50-50 that he or she will have the autodownloader re-download the entire set of haks. To defeat this behavior, each server will have to rename their haks . . . so players will have server1_clothing1, server2_clothing1 . . . etc., I hope you get the picture: multiplication of identical haks.
CON: The compression type has changed to "lzma," which, so far, few of us have software to deal with compared to "rar."
I suppose I'll just grin and bear it for now. Hopefully there will be a future tweak that will make the situation more palatable.

Dear ThosRTanner, Try a 3rd time? The file as it sits in the Vault is not corrupt. (Furthermore, a note to all, the nwn2 game engine will accept a partial hak pak, not knowing the difference between partial and full. This leads to missing items when playing in-game.)
So, since you've decided to re-release some of my stuff, am I supposed to just send you any updates I might make? Just wondering, cause I seem to have missed that email where you bothered to let me know you were including it here.
Troubles around April 7 - 12 2009: I seem to have deleted the "Old Whatbrick" hairs. I didn't really mean to do that - YET. They are slated for destruction eventually, however, since the "New Whatbrick" hairs are also there, hair numbers starting with 50, usually. So -- I will fix and re-post.

About time somebody came up with some semblance of a standard to make things easier on all of us. :)
Might there also be placeables/tileset overlaps with SoZ ? we've experiences some misc problems that might suggest there could be atleast...

Works great for me as a player in Pravita. In the toolset I've used these haks to make custom items. Great work on the compilation.
And it's a good thing to have a standard for social servers. It sucks when you have to download another GB of hakpacks just to log into another server.
1. Thanks for the note on the SoZ creature snafu, and I will certainly try to fix it asap!
2. Thanks for the link to the Sigil tileset. I'm sure that will be popular, so, sure, I'll include that.
3. @Aylea, if you were to look closely at "appearances.2da" for the lines that describe common races, the variables PERSPACE and CREPERSPACE have been reduced by a factor of five or so. Th-th-that's all!
4. And another bug to zap: apparently the "claws" (equipped like kamas) have somehow become invisible in-game.
5. Finally, KEMO has released new animations. Those will be included in the next version.
Hi EB. I have a couple questions. I've been working on a campaign for about 18 months now and the one thing I haven't been able to accomplish is getting the NPCs within "kissing distance" as you put it. Can I use this hak for a single-player campaign? If not, can you share with me the secret of getting the NPCs so close?
Dear Jester,
Sentence number one is, "These haks are meant to be shared by persistent worlds under the social tab." I.e., they are basically for builders only. You should search "sexy OC" for what you want, I'd guess, although of course you can also browse PWs if you have a pretty good internet connection. The ones that use these haks are Pravita Nova, Laguarda, and Silversun (that I am aware of).
I'm not familar with hak files. So you need a specific module to use these new features? How could I have them in a single player module (e.g. the oc)?
Hmm. Tiny snafu with "placeables.2da" in being compatible with SoZ and Pravita both, there was a conflict and the "walkmesh helper and ramp" needed to stay in place, overwriting two out of three SoZ "rurual fence" placeables. This will eventually get ironed out, but for right now, rural fence fans are handicapped. :)
