This file, cls_pres_archer.2da, when placed in your override folder will allow your Elf Sorceror or Wizard to become an Arcane Archer as soon as they have the "Point Blank Shot" and "Weapon Focus (Long or Short Bow)" feats.
The "Base Attack Bonus=6" requirement has been removed. Which means you don't have to wait until level 12+ to get it, and therefore can use it when it's most useful, (and can get the full 10 levels.)
