After my Yuan-Ti (reptilian Female) i started working on a Feline Female version, based on an art from a Clyde Caldwell image for the Cheetah. When i found that creating new tail don't work (Obsidian bug) (yes another) i stopped working. Waiting for a patch...
Last week i created the Tiger Girl, trying to differentiate her from the cheetah as much as possible.
So i decided to release them both to the vault, even as the tail don't show. Maybe in a future Obsidian will patch this problem and you can find useful to have the tail ^_^
To use it just drop all in the override directory. You can delete the screenshot.
We may never have one from the custom community but I am sure the expansion or a patch will throw them in. you enabled comments and I gave you one without insulting or flaming I think you should be glad for the comment not tell me to shut up and take whats given to me (Tho you put it in a much nicer way). if you want me to judge it on things that you can fix the head and feet are a bit strange, the feet look too much like she just has shoes on and her head is just kinda... blah, can't really put ut into words. If you can not fix these problems (Tho I think the head could be fixable with a few tweaks dunno) I think it would be much better then it is now. Then theres the whole not releasing a pack of male and female so they aren't quite as useful as is because it seems like an incomplete set. I stand by my rating of 4, it has some merit but requires improvements. If you change the name to catgirl and sprooce up the head and feet a bit and this is a solid 7, add a male version and I give it a 10. Oh and nice textures on the tiger model, I don't like the cheetah ones at all but that could be just my opinion. _________________________ I got a signature! Woooooooo!

The body seems to be a reskin of the nude-female created by zylch without editing of the .mdb file Maybe if zylch will ever publish his elvenmodel you can switch the cheetah to it.... that would create a better diffrence between the agile cheetah and the strong tiger. also the frontcolour of both skins looks a bit to yellow and the cheetah a bit to orange they got lighter coloured fur. Did you remodel the head.mdb file? The ears look a bit larger...not sure....... if you did some 3d work you should continue to make the face more cat like. By the way you could merge your tiger Skin with Aleannes chainmail bikini model (v4, the one to which the belt model that you used in the screenshot belongs to) The frontcolour looks a bit to yellow

@Piotyr: And my reply was just for pointing out that if you base your reply of "they are not rakhshasa" only on the "reversed hand" simply you will not have EVER a rakshasa. Until the granny issue are resolved. If you approach all release from the custom content community with this spirit, looking for minute detail or for impossible thing to do, you will be very disappointed. My advice is to enjoy more what the community turn out, and maybe start doing something yourself, these thing are made from community member to the community. Everyona who has the skill to do something MUST do it. Improving our skill and giving more option to the player and module creator. @Dragonsbane777: Thank you, i like their furry appearence, maybe in my next project i will try to made something more wolfen or volpine appearence. If someone like this kind of things. @TimHatch: if you want to use them as player character race you must use the "race creator" package you will find here in the vault. mine are only the grafical aspect. @DM Entropy: thanks for your kind word, and be sure i don't drop my work for some criticism (based on crazy objection). I hope to receive MORE critics, but on real issue: error, new idea and the like. If you tell me what your project are maybe my next work will be useful for you. @greencherry: I can work on the "male lion" version, but I fear it will be more difficult to made the "mane"... doing and weighting the hair is one of the most difficult thing to do for NWN2. I'll look at it. _________________________ Reami Perduti - PW Italiano Full-GdR(www.reamiperduti.it) The Dark Armory: Link My other works on the Vault: Link

I agree with the other posters just above me. I would say that I like how these here look, and would like to request that maybe a male lion type character would be fun.Do the rakashshas come in lion brand? Anyway...it was nice to see so many people defend cyric. I was going to this am but was rushed for time ( getting ready for work and was just looking real quick).Now I have to go. If I were using the voting standards it might be a bit lower, but because I also beleive in encouraging people to make cool stuff for me, I will go with this. Keep up the good work..

I agree with DM Entropy. I cannot believe the venom being spewed simply for someone using the name rakshasa to describe their project! Wow... If people remember back to the early NWN days (fall 2002) there were plenty of "misnamed" community-modded creatures, simply trying to fake things enough to fill the void until better solutions appeared. Cripes, attitudes like those of the first few posters is enough to turn many community members away for good. Keep at it, Cyric, and ignore the detractors.

I just have to say something in defense of the author even though I wouldn't use these models because they aren't in line with my project's setting so my voting would be inappropriate.... Give the guy a break! This game is not easy to create CC for and with the Granny issue....custom creatures and meshes of any kind are limited. At least he's trying to provide something to the community for crying out loud. Yanno - first retexture/creature skin to come along in a while...and the dood gets jumped on....it'll be a wonder if we see anything more uploaded at all in the next 6 months. Cyric - thanks for the effort. I understand how trying it is to deal with this game and creating CC for it. I hope that you continue and are not discouraged by the comments of individuals who have no real empathy for what the current state of affairs is with meshing/animations/etc etc etc. And if the next skin you do works for my project...you can name it "Purple Donkeys Go To Mars" and I would still downlod it and say thanks cuz it's not as if we can't all name our own blueprints what we want anyhow! Although not rakshaka, I think they look great - we need more critter models, and these should satisfy the "furry" lover in all of us. Very nice work, please keep making um! _________________________ Talernon3 - Age of Dragons Link Talernon Team Submissions: Link 3C Music Compilation: Link

I like this a LOT, I would only add that if you hadn't labeled them as rakshasa people wouldn't have jumped on you. ^^; as is, I think it's a promising step in the right direction. Still. I would hope that someone would come up with a player-race that used your files. ^^;

I like the look of the Cheetah Girl and of the Tiger Girl in the screenshots. I had put the files into my C:\Program Files\Atari\Neverwinter Nights 2\Override folder but when I go to the "Create Character" screen, neither one of these show up, just the regular Human, Elf, Half-Elf, Planetouched etc. There is apparently something missing from the downloadable file which would make it possible to have the Cheetah girl and the Tiger girl show up in the "Create Character" screen, hmmm? After all, isn't that the point in creating the different Races, i.e. to have the ability to play as any of these different Races which have been created, hmmm?
