This is a modification I made for ShadowAvatar's Sexy OC hak so you can choose what armors you do and do not want to apply the Sexy OC changes to.
If you use the crafting hammer on an armor or character wearing armor (instead of on the crafting bench, as it's intended to be used), it will apply the Sexy OC changes to them. If they already have those changes in place, it will revert them back to normal.
The crafting hammer will still work normally on the workbench too. It just serves two purposes now, is all. The script knows what you're clicking on.
You have to remove the "items" folder that came with the Sexy OC from your override, and replace it with the "blueprints" folder in this hak. Then drop the modified "i_smithhammer_ac.NCS" script into your override too and you're good to go.
Here's an experamental version designed to preserve any item properties that may have been permanently applied to an item after its creation. I'm not at a point in the OC where I can test this feature right now, but the script seems to work otherwise.
Updated the script to make sure it's compatible with MotB (though there are no new templates files for any of the new armors). It should also be working better now when you target your henchwomen with it.

I'm using the Hammer.test (experimental?) version, but I can only seem to change armor in my inventory: when I try to target an NPC or henchperson, it gives me the "must target the blacksmith's workbench" message.
Works well enough on the armor in my inventory though, thanks! Great idea.

Great work! I always hated the fact that i had to walk around in either sexy or not sexy clothing. The half nude stuff gets old after a while ^^ _________________________ Ninja, the cooler kind of rogue.

Must have for anyone running the SexyOC mod and the ones that combine with it. Thank you very much for making it.
It's not supposed to have any effect on Always Summer at all. It reads the tag of the item, and then creates a new item using the template that corresponds to that tag.
So it's creating a new item from scratch. I guess it never occurred to me that some items in the OC might be modified from their original templates, and have additional powers that don't get taken into account.
Great addition, but seems to cause problems with (some?) crafted armor - experimenting with a mithral suit today which would consistently loose all properties when the hammer was used to change appearance.

I think it needed to be updated with always summer 3, because if I use the hammer, the armor will change to always summer 2
Yeah. It won't change armor on characters in your party. I think because the command to equip the new armor gets ignored (and it won't delete the old armor until the new armor is being worn). I'll try and fix that by next week.

No, you don't actually have to have skill. You do need the crafting hammer item, though.

So do we need armor crafting skill to use this "modified armor?"

Props here; hammer works great...having a few problems with some of the armor still when using it on PC party members
The problem seems to be if you also load up Tygaran's Sexy OC addon this seems to make the armor get stuck in "normal" mode when using the hammer to change it...try removing his onequip and modplayer files...haven't bothered to comfirm which ones actually cause it...since without them the hammer does the job they would normally do...without making the guys all dress in flannel armor I might add...8-)
It should be converting them back already, though sometimes it takes a few times for it to work.
