I don't have MotB yet. I'll buy it later this week and adjust everything I need to to make it work.

Also I think you should make more stuff, I don't know what but more stuff would be sweet.

Awesome, a must have for anyone making a module based in ancient japan or something. I really wish we could start seeing some fudel japan modules for nwn2 they were always my favorite in nwn1.
Awesome, thanks Barry. No more messing with Dialog.tlk is nice. I've been using the 3dsmax optimizer to reduce polys on the models, so far it seems to be the easiest to use.
Kurogo - Obsidian removed the requirement for entries in the dialog.tlk file for placeables. The toolset name for the placeable model is now taken from the Label field in placeables.2da if the StrRef field is ****
So you can remove the StrRef entires for your models and you won't need to have a custom dialog.tlk in the hak.
As others have already pointed out, you should keep the polygon count on your models as low as you can. :)
Great work! Just a small suggestion. I noticed that you have the o-hashi stuck in the rice. Japanese people never do that because it has a special meaning. It means "death" or that someone has died. O-hashi are typically placed together (side by side) across the lip of the bowl. You might want to make a version like that.
I'm not frustrated, I'm just glad you guys are letting me know how I can make it better. I found out how to optimize with max 8, and all texture maps are .dds format now. I should have version 0.5 ready in another week.
Thanks for the feedback zpirit. I only learned how to do this about 2 weeks ago, so I don't quite know how to check polygon counts or how to reduce them. When I figure it out I'll clean them up. And I'm not photoshop savy so I don't even know what mipmaps are. Its alot of information I went through to get this far, please bare with me as I will get better.

I extract your hak and i must say you are crazy your placeables have thousands polygons (all part of Obsidian's Red dragoon have 4000+ polygons like your basin!!!!) placeables no have normal maps and textures is in TGA format without mipmaps!!

This is a preview of my work. I'm still trying to figure things out for NWN2 and this is my first time trying my hand at modeling. If you guys have any suggestions or know how to fix something you see broken, please let me know!
