Voting down for the 'noobs' comment, apart from anything else.

I give it a one for the following reasons:
1. Obsolete
2. Hazardous to computer
3. The uploader is a total [insert random derogatory term] for insulting the people that made this game _________________________ ALL SHALL FALL IN GLORIOUS DEATH!!!!!
@LeoArctica: Contemplative and NW9 Magus don't seem to be selectable, even using the proper NWN2 prerequisites file for Contemplative(the one included with this pack make you require 13 ranks of Sleight of Hand?!?) and Obsidian finished Sacred Fist for Mask of the Betrayer. The only class that really seems like it works properly is the NW9 Agent. As for the races, Lizardfolk were left out of the list because they don't have all of the same animations by default as other playable races so it would look quite odd to have them standing around when the character is supposed to be lying face down; the others could safely be added since they use the same default animations as other subraces of the same base race, though I believe that Wild Elf was finally added in a patch or in Storm of Zehir.

didn't do anything but "unlocked" unfinished classes and races. then was disrespectful about it as well.

Shame you had to go about your posting in such a disgraceful way. The devs have done a great job bringing out patches etc for NWN's 2.
Why post something like "Looks like the noobs from obsidiam dont have balls to do it."
I liked the idea you have done, but with a comment like that, I can not give you a better score. I don't appreciate it and I am sure the devs don't either. Also of note I got this link from "Missing Votes for NWN2 Hall of Fame" With a comment like that IT DOES NOT deserve to be inducted into Hall of Fame if it gets enough votes.

Concerning the effort that was made and the comment of yours - all I can give you is a rating of 4. I don't like people that discourage the developers. Instead you should be greatful for every update and fix they provide. And even if you don't value their efforts - pay some respect to people. Thanx. _________________________ Earthdawn is the pen&paper RPG of choice. Still looking for someone making an Earthdawn-game with Neverwinter Nights! Testing shows that the features work as far as I can tell, I built characters with several of them and I'm currently playing the official campaign as a ghostwise halfling, Rogue Neverwinternine Agent, Shadowdancer, Duelist. And he kicks butt!
Oh, and if my idea is carried out.... PLEASE INCLUDE THE CLASS THAT REPLACES SHIFTER IN 3.5! (Beastmaster, master of many forms, etc. are the possible names) _________________________ __________________________________________________

Why not update this for the XP and latest patch, then script and complete the excluded races the rest of the way (those that didn't get into the XP) Add that, and some new melee classes, spellcaster/warlock feats and spells, etc. some melee class and stealth class feats and perhaps a few new skills picked up from PnP.... Call it the Community Race/Class Compilation (or CR-CC).... then consider integrating it with 3C (Community Content Compilation) or the reverse (C3's creator considering and asking for this himself, if he's still active) _________________________ __________________________________________________

Its funny to see the fanbois out and about correcting people for not agreeing with them about a sub-par product. I think the uploader can criticize all that he or she wants and face the wrath of the appropriate moderators from IGN, not simple posters quoting rules for forums from other sites not affiliated with IGN. So he or she bashed the Obsidian device team, oh well! As I have told those same device members themselves on their boards, if the shoe fits, wear it. Not everyone agrees with fanbois, game haters, and neutrals.
I agree that the poster simply unlocked content that Obsidian had intended to unlock at a later date. The funny thing is that they (Obsidian) will probably charge us $39.99 to unlock the content and then release a patch that makes it unplayable such as the state of the game is in now. I agree that there is no reason to belittle the devs, after all they are doing the best they can with what little they have. Place blame on Atari for the stranglehold they have placed on the devs to get the game out sooner and as a result they released a game that was utterly unfinished and totally useless on most machines.
Anyway, congrats on unlocking the races and classes. There are more unlockable races like the githyanki and githzerai... have fun!

it is about time that somebody has unlocked these Races, it would have been nice if it was the people at Obsidian who had included these Races, maybe they will for "Mask of the Betrayer", we will just have to see when it comes out. I think that the people who work at Obsidian are doing a really great job!!!!

These races and classes were are disabled because there was insufficient time to finish them before release. They are extremely unfinished, so these three races are all but pointless and the classes are essentially unplayable. Best to leave them be unless you are going to make an effort to complete their development. _________________________ Saerain

All the races work best, just the classes, we dont wanna try on our pw... but good job. _________________________ My NWVault-Prefabs
I wont rate or give my opinion about your files or work, but I think It's totally out of place to disrespect the developers of this great game the way you did.
They sure made a great work with Neverwinter Nights 2 and also with other legendary RPG's like Baldur's Gate. So submit your work, but dont be an ignorant and post nonsense.

This entire mod consists of simply changing some "0s" to "1s" in the 2DA files. It does not unlock anything, nor does it bring about any new functionality. The entire thing is a complete waste of space on the Vault and the author should be shot for his incompetence.

It's always caveat emptor, so I don't understand the vehemence of the comments. He warns he didn't change anything.
The races seem to function okay, at least at low levels. Fun to try, but hopefully some of these will be unlocked in expansions, along with all those epic feats and such. _________________________ Doshi

This isn't a completely useless hack, but it's not really worth playing. If you're going to unlock unfinished material, you probably want to fix it up first.
Posted by AnthroPlayer at 2007-01-08 12:31:01 Voted 1.00 on 01/08/07
WTF? These things are unfinished and dangerous to anyone that uses them! I condemn the uploader of this pointless and idiotic... 'removed classes' files. To those with sense... use things that won't blow your hard-drive or break the law. It's much safer in the long run and often more fun than a wrecked computer. _________________________ @===============================================@
Vinchenzo made a post here.
Plz check out my entries. I'm currently making a few simple modules, designing 3 special characters, and hope to someday be good this stuff.
This is Vinchenzo, finishing his post with the following advice:
Don't use Latin improperly (Lupis means grey, Rufus is red, Canid is dog, so on.) Furries annoy me with their improper usage of such. And I'm a furry!!! Ugh...
Don't vote for Beta things unless told they are finished, unless posted specifically by the author.
Don't abuse the vote and post function, don't vote for your own/friends stuff just to get a high vote. Don't flame vote either just to be an ass.
There is a voting system for how the points are used, even I forget, but we should follow it (and tattoo it to our forehead, lol)

That was a blow into the oven. So say we german. Never enable classes, that are unfinished. Especially for D&D. With a little work, the races can be enabled. As sayed "with a little work".

Oh my... This is unoriginal, you didin't even create anything, and while it may theoretically work, adding universally unfinished classes and races to the game is just abhoarrant... For anyone contemplating it: Don't touch this with a 10-foot pole. It does nothing that changing some "removed" flags in a few 2da's cannot, and after all, there's a reason they're flagged as "removed".
