Description
Intro
This idea comes out of a comparison of the official D&D rules with the rules of NWN 2. He wants to make it a little more faithful to the original rules.


The martial weapons proficiency feat, and exotic weapons proficiency feat have been divided into as many separate feats as there are weapons, and each one determines whether you can equip the appropriate weapon.

Then he goes on to give props to a list of people.

Introducción

Esta idea sale de comparar las reglas Dungeons & Dragons con las reglas
que tiene el Neverwinter Nights 2 y hacerlo un poco más fieles a las
originales.

Las dotes Competencia con arma marcial y Competencia con arma exótica
ahora se han dividido en tantas dotes como armas existen y cada una
determina si puedes o no equiparte con ésta arma.

comparing to PNP, this just makes it even worse
you ought to be granting the player every proficiency, and then making feats that remove -4 penalties to using them

Oh, and "modulo prueba" means test module.

"Un saludo a todo el equipo de Neverwinteros " basically means: A salute to all the team of Neverwinteros. And the next 11 words that make that list are just people's names.

anyone want to convert that to english? I would be most interested in a pnp weapon profeiciency feat system. I just cant read that.
