**The head itself is a modified cow head originally created by Obsidian.
**May be, but not recommended to be used as a PC head.**
**I'm leaving the original head on here. Honestly I hope anyone using this will like the improved version better. Check out the readme for more info.**

Thanks to E.C. for pointing out to me that there is a little renewed interest in this head. Such wonderful comments mean a lot to me.
Falvin, you like it better than Ree's? Wow!!! I'm a huge admirer of his work. Such a fantastic compliment. Thanks!
jay-n, that's great you got the head working with Ree's Mino. That's something I'd like to see. :) If you have an appropriate program to alter .dds textures, check the tint map to start. My channels probably aren't right. For example, where the texture uses red to tint that area of the texture check the red channel. It should match closely to the value of white that Ree's body tint map uses. Every other part should be black. That goes for all channels with the corresponding colors. All of the channels in my tint map for this head have shades of gray. This causes cross-colorizing. It's not something I was aware of at the time I made this head. I just kinda figured it out along the way. Hopefully that will be a good start, and get the colors to match at least a little better.

I must say that it's better than Bouncy Rock's minotaurs! :) I've used these heads in my module. ;)

Dungeons without minotaurs...? Unheard of ..! Thanks for this , easy to use and effective , nice one ..
Is it possible to add this to a module, but not allow it for PC selection at character creation. Basicly for NPC use only?

Ladydesire in case you decide to make it into a race i got some old 2rd edition stats for them +str2 +2con -2wis -2cha skills base armor 6ac but only benifit from its natural AC bonuses by 1 if using a weaker armor than its natural, +6hp extra per level for large creature bonus, base movement 12, Darkvision(60feet) +2bonus to all surprise checks, can track as per tracking skill profenciency with 50% chance of success, immunity to maze spell, +3 save vs fear, (large creature), class choices fighter(lvl 12), ranger(lvl 8), cleric(lvl 7), wizard(lvl 8), rogue(lvl 10) this was old 2rd edition so imagine they can pick barberian to in 3rd edition.
Ah, now we need to persuade Enoah to slap this on his B2 module so the "gargoyle" can revert to it's original Minotaur form as per the original adventure :).
I will have to see if I can make this part of a playable Minotaur Race; have to have something other than an Half-Orc for one of my Prestige Classes.

I'm so glad you found my Orc Spoiled! hak useful. I was kicking myself for having not thought of this myself when I saw how you made this Minotaur head.

What is it about minotaurs that have captured human imagination for thousands of years. I'll never forget the first time I saw a minotaur when I was a child...it was in my grandmother's ancient set of encyclopedias that I came across an image of Theseus wrestling with the muscle bound bovine beast. The only thing worse than getting orc spoiled is getting minotaur spoiled ;) Great work!
