This pack adds playable half-elemental races from Manual of the Planes:
-Air Half Elemental
-Water Half Elemental
-Fire Half Elemental
-Earth Half Elemental
Because I did not want to distribute a new dialog.tlk, the races do not have a description. Their appearances are based on those of the Genasi. The statistics are as follows:

The only two things keeping me from voting a 10 are the lack of racial modifier/flavor text description and that the models look exactly like the genasi ones. Looks very interesting; giving a 9 simply because I don't want to have to come back later and raise my vote if this turns out to be a "must have".
