This is simply a combination of the available heads for races, so that all elven sub races, half elves and tieflings can choose from all head choices for those races, and humans and aasimars also share head choices.
Included are Aleanne's reworking of tiefling head number 5 for all races, my own retexturing of Moire's head for elves, half elves and tieflings, and Captain Brelaina's head is available for humans and aasimar. Moire and Captain Brelaina are both best used with a bald head, and helmets clip through the hairstyles for these two.
I also reworked a few of the female head textures (including Moire and Brelaina) by darkening the lips and eyes...nothing too radical, but easily replacable by the original texture files found in Atari/Neverwinter Nights 2/Data/NWN2_Materials. Male heads have not been retextured at all.
The human/aasimar and elf/tiefling heads are in separate folders, and both separate and combined appearance.2da files are included, for less clutter in your override folder, if you aren't planning to use all the races.
To use, simply place all files from the respective folders into your Neverwinter Nights 2 override folder, found in My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/override. Then, copy whichever 2da file you'll be using into the same folder (override) making sure you rename the file appearance.2da. Remember to make sure you're saving it as APPEARANCE.2DA!
Well i think i got it,i first copied over the original 2da from the nwn2 folder like Zhek did(in my case, the one from the expansion)and just changed the NWN2_Scale_ and NWN2_Model_Body for elves, half elves, humans,Assimar and tieflings with the ones from the appearance.2da of this mod. for example: for elves,on the(original 2da)i changed the value of the NWN2_scale_ from P_EE?_Head(normal one)to P_XX?_Head(the value for the 2da of this mod),worked for me,no giant dwarves neither warped heads

I tried copying over gr2 files from another head pack - "NPC heads" - and it apparently fixed the warped head prob. If recall reading gr2 file contain "skeleton" structure for heads, and they replaced in that role 2da files. I don't know if any gr2 file will do - I simply took the first file from the group I needed, human, elf, etc, and suitably renamed it. Could be a viable workaround to a true MotB hak update. :)

@zhek Tried your solution but all I got were horribly deformed heads and out of proportion sizes. Has anyone done this successfully and can tell me what I'm doing wrong? In addition to following the instructions given here, I also tried versions adding the XX/YY to tiefling and assimar with similar face-distorting results.

I love the heads. But I'm confused as to why I've been having issues with these HUGE dwarves, gnomes and children running around. I actually had them before I downloaded this pack. Any ideas on how to get rid of them? I only have one other hair pack and it worked fine. I'm not sure if I got the newest version of this pack from this site. If not, is there a link where I can get the newest version? Thanks.

@Nadri and anyone else having this problem. What you're describing is very similiar to an issue I had with an addon in NWN1. It seems in NWN2, a patch has changed the scaling system used for character models. The old method for character scaling in appearance.2da used only a single column, but a patch released after this addon has expanded that to 3 columns. What you need to do is extract the 1.10 appearance.2da file, then change that by adding the extra lines and making sure the scaling is the same as for the original race lines.

Oops, remove the "?" from the first sentence of my earlier post...
