Class Configuration System ("Liberty") gives you 27 new feats to configure the levelling process for each class individually. This is useful, for example, in scripting trainer-based systems, historical modules (where magic-based classes are restricted), or new non-DnD mechanics altogether (what I'm doing!)
Scripting-handles are provided for scripters. I've also packaged pre-compiled conversation Action scripts for non-scripting builders.
Please see the readme for more details. A demo module is provided.

Nice work Jov. I'm currently using this for my PW. I plan on starting everyone out as commoners and then allowing them to train other classes throughout the game. I plan expanding on your work to include crafting classes since I've always felt using crafting skills as an adventurer hinders character development of some classes. I've never created new classes so that should be interesting.

Ah! I found the problem ... I tried setting it up again ... and it worked. For some reason, putting all the files in all the places makes it go crazy? Either way, good work! I will probably be using this in my new module!

Hi there. I'd like to use this tool but, when I try to run the demo module it freezes up. I *think* i copied all the files to the right place - I double checked them several times. Is there anything which could be causing this? It freezes just after the first module loading screen before you pick your character. No crash - the game jsut hangs.
I agree, Iron Crown's Rolemaster is a great system, but I don't know about translating it into a CRPG, and certainly not into NwN2. The combat engine remains largely closed to us, and that voids any attempt to change the foundations of the mechanics.
In my module-in-works, the protagonist is an everyday man with the ability to be within other's mind. The player is granted as much XP as they'll ever gain, right at the start of the module, but the selection of classes available to them is very limited (commoner only). As the story unfolds, he learns (and thus have access to) other classes - so character progress is a matter of subtly balancing risks and benefits instead of brute force. For that, I needed to restrict the availability of classes... and decide I might as well do an entire package so that it may be of use to others as well.
tell me more about this "non-DnD mechanics" .. always wanted to change the code from d20 to something like Rolemaster by ICE .. was a fun system to play in _________________________ the Red Hand of Doom campaign .. Click Here
Heya,Thanks for the nice comments. Be sure to let me know how you've extended this :)The commoner class is d6 for hit die *coughseescreenshotcough* - it's simply what I need for my settings.

Megadeth has a very intelligent way of talking about governments and religions: Either they bullshit you or try to kill you for not being one of them. I wholeheartedly agree.
(Note: Just because Mustaine is christian doesn't mean he believes EVERYTHING the bible tells him.)

I've not understood yet really about the tool you made, but it sounds that i could use it for a module that will be non DnD based system. Thanks you and nice job :) .
