The file type used for the compression/packing of this mod is 7-zip, if you have not yet converted to this yet then I strongly urge you to try it out, its totally free to use unlike Zip or Win Rar and consistently beats them in compression sizes, although its true that the larger the amount of data the better it does it is also consistently more efficient with smaller packs too.
You can download the free to use application at the following location:

Very nice! Just so you know, Charlie's item modifier doesn't work well with this. I had to deleted every file but the ones I'm actually using. Charlie's appearance changer works like a charm though. Thank you for the great share =)

This is really an excellent addition to the game. I have actually been using it for over a year. I use it to redo any npcs in mods I play that don't suit me by going into the toolset. The heads look great. I would love to see some more. _________________________ Failure is not an option

What happened to pack number two? I want those heads :(

Being honest, I can't give more than 8. But I must admit that this pack is good for module building and have some very interesting faces for a simple player (like me).

Love them, keep up the good work, just one things, you do have bugs on the scalps of the heads, showing through the body.
9 - Outstanding, a Must Have. Some very nice heads in this pack.

Exceptional work! I especially like #64. However, the new heads don't show up in character creation. I extract the files into my NWN2 directory, no problem, but nothing changes. Could your pack be incompatible with the "Heads For All" pack I already have installed?
Regarding editing using GFFEditor, sorry I am not familiar with the tool but if it lets you swap the head in use with any of the other existing heads it should work with these also.
The new heads were numbered in the 60's from #61-#70 to try and help avoid conflicts with others work so the ones in the screenshots were numbered as such.
Hope that helps and thanks again for the nice comments everyone.

Nice work!
Can I replace the head of an existing character with one of yours using the GFFEditor? If so, could someone please point me to the right fields to edit? TIA!
