09/05/2011 update, look at image Hair24 - version 2.
Better version of Hair 24, for humans, elves and Aasimars.
Earlier version had dark stripes, it's now corrected. This version also has corrected specular and glossiness value, and move of locks of hairs are better tailored to body.
New versions for other models as well
as new models will come later

La version précédente avait des zébrures sombres, surtout sur le devant. C'est maintenant corrigé.

9 new hairs for human female. These long hairs don't clip with the torso when the character turns her head.
I plan to release more hairs, for males and females a bit later. Actually I have 10 female hairs and 10 male hairs about to be finished.
Unzip in your override folder, or add to a hak.
For those interested in technical stuff, these hairs are rigged to the bone head (like all hairs) but also with bone ribcage. Above neck, 100% bone head, under shoulder 100% ribcage, between 50% ribcage, 50% head. For longer hairs I have more supple transition by adding 75/25 and 25/75 sections. Thus the parts above torso doesn't move with the head.

Pour ceux intéressés par les détails techniques: cette coupe n'est pas réglée seulement sur l'os 'head' du squelette, mais aussi sur l'os 'ribcage'. De cette manière la partie au dessus de la poitrine ne tourne pas quand la tête tourne. Au dessus du cou, 100% os head, en dessous des épaules 100% os ribcage. Entre les deux 50/50.
On peut avoir une transition plus fluide en créant également des portions 75/25 et 25/75.
Update : Corrected tint map so flower is same color as locks of hair, added Aasimar version, added a new model which is the same without le long front lock

Added the models I uploaded as female pack 1 (I did a mistake and uploaded it in a wrong section)
7 new hairs for female. Include human, aasimar, elfe and drow versions. Number from 21 to 32.
Missing number are either in a previous submission (22 and 23) or will be in another pack (28 to 30)

The rating system on this site is seriously messed up, it should be as the guy who voted 4 said, each number from 1 - 10 means something but most people throw around 9s and 10s like candy so it makes it cruel to vote something like this under 9. Same issue here, i see white and black stripes on Vista 32 bit, NVIDIA Gefore GTX 275
I have everything set to MAX in the game, max AA, max everything, runs perfect.
What is your setup since you do not see the stripes? What is your hardware and what are your ingame settings?

@Kankosthegreat : thanks, I don't understand where come the white or black stripes, I use paint.net or the gimp for my textures and don't see how I could fix these problems.
About hairstyles for men, yes maybe later :)

These are really excellent, Krighaur. :)
Though there is an unfortunate texture issue with some of the models, such as there being white stripes on some models, and black stripes on the others.
Also any possible chance to see some more hairstyles for men? There's not so many hairstyle options for males. :(

Great work converting these models overall. It's not easy swapping file formats! So thank you for that.
Just as a critique, there were however problems with the majority of the tint maps in these files, It's not just a matter of swapping channels either, but a matter of eliminating red channels on some, erasing visible area, or adding more channel coverage, etc, all to correct the color picking and to eliminate the grey stripes (uncolored area) appearing on some models.
Specific Tips:
Human Model 34 (just as an example): This, and many other models need to have their model faces mirrored so that the hair texture appears on both sides. Otherwise, bangs and parts of the hair "disappear" when you move your character around to look at it from an opposite angle.
Human 38: When you look at the model from behind, there are odd "whisps" of hair that show up around the neck. I believe these are extra mesh faces that need to be deleted off of the model.
Human Model 40: When you zoom out, it shows extra angle/hair pieces sticking out of the character's cheeks. Those extra faces need to be deleted from the mesh.
Human Model 43: appears to be a a near duplicate of Human Model 27, but with bad normals.
Etc. So overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone use this pack straight out of the box. But with some fix up work on the models, this could be a great addition! I hope to see it worked on some more. (4.00 rating = Some Merit, Requires Improvements; Will update when it is improved.)

I do like many of the new hairstyles. Some have definite quirks and kinks, splitting open in the back and rather annoying clipping on the longer styles come to mind, but you have provided a pleasant expansion to the available looks.
You know.... CD Projekt did give their eprmission for people to use the models from The Witcher games in other games. I might be able to point you to an archive of models from The Witcher 1 if that'd help. Don't think it includes stuff from The Witcher 2 'though.
I tried to eliminate these white stripes in two ways. First I tried to create the tint map from the texture map, just making it more green, then I tried to create the tint map from the normal map, again making it more green. None of these two methods is perfect, it works with some textures, not with others.
I will try again later, unless someone point me to a solution ... ;) Actually I am working on my Triss armor and I am also redoing the topology and uvmapping of Jester nude. The idea is to have an uv map which accept 'rectangular' shaped textures and a mesh which works with it.
Good to see you back in the saddle Krighaur. I've already used a fair few of these models and gained many hours of enjoyment. Some of them have odd white stripes and that's a minor disappointment but you don't see them with fair hair colours. With darker tones it does tend to stand out a lot 'though so maybe there are a lot of middle aged women with grey streaks in NWN2 at the moment :p.
And why not? It's another type of character to enjoy playing.
I don't understand what you mean .... I made this pack from free sims 2 hairs styles. I spent lot of hours converting meshes and textures ... but seeing your sig it may just be a troll or bot !

I should not have posted so late (French time), half-helves share their hairstyles with humans, so all my new hairstyles are available for half elves. You will also have aasimars who share hairstyles with humans.
Yes I have lot of unfinished/unreleased work because I often begin a new thing before I finish the one I am working at.
By the way, I just released two new heads, and I am working on the long dresses actually.
Oh great. The spammers are back :(. Wish there was a way to report them. Hopefuly we'll be seeing some enw releases soon as you've got a lot of unfinished/unreleased work that you keep teasing us with. If some were released you'd probably get some votes and feedback :).
