This is an update of Eressil's Plastic surgery head pack. It makes it usable with the most recent patches, and removes the dependence on appearance.2da.
I have currently only fixed the Human, Aasimar, Tiefling, Half-Elf, and Drow heads. I'll fix the elf heads some time this week and update this then.
To install just unzip the file and then drag and drop all the files inside into your override.
I did not make these heads and do not claim I did. All the original work is Eressil's, and if you like these heads please go vote for the original plastic surgery.
