This is my first go at Custom Content for NWN2 and I'm amazed it all seems to work now!(thanks to the people on the NWN2 CC board)
In this pack, you'll find a model and assorted files needed to add one of my favourite
weapons to the game: The Chinese Crescent Moonblade (also known as "Mandarin Duckblade"
among other names).
In combat, the blades always work in pairs: one blocks, or traps the enemy's weapon,
while the other strikes. Thanks to their multiple offensive angles combined with decent
protection of the hands, they work extremely well against swords, maces and other medium
sized weapons.
As decoration, they make nice wallhangers too. ;)
Update:
- The blade model has been renamed and will now occupy daggermodel-slot nr 7. (also fixed the model malfunction)
- I've added a modified nwn2_icons.2DA for the icon to work without overriding an existant icon.
If you liked these, I guess you won't mind checking out the weapon pack.

Help i am a toolset newbie. I downloaded everything into the override folder but can't find model 7 in the toolset. Please tell me how to find it and what to do with it. I think the blades look really cool.
Thanks

And thanks for voting, Riu. I'm looking forward to doing some armour with your textures! Too bad I'm going to have to wait for the better part of a year...
I have indeed downsized the blades a bit, which will make them more true to the original weapon. I'll add the smaller ones to my mini weaponpack(Soon to be aveilable at your local NWVault! ;) ). _________________________ Edunas Project Leader,

Fix the size and you got perfection, but you already know how i feel on that. I think you did make the size already.. Great job my friend great job... look forward to having the ability to texture them for ya. _________________________ "Often the smallest detail is the most important" - Sean R. Forbes

Ah, got it working. just re-checked my override and it was missing the model file. So I downloaded the file again and put the model file back in. Thanks for your help though. I just tested them out and these look absolutely awesome ingame. Good work!
Are you sure you have the right BaseItem, Trayus?
For me, the default model list for daggers ranges from nr. 0-6 followed by 98 and 99. And that's without adding any custom content.
Thanks Zonzai for the vote and thanks Maximus for moving the entry to the hackpacks section! _________________________ Edunas Project Leader,

Just downloaded this, but there are only 5 dagger models for me in the toolset. The icon works fine, but the model isn't on the list of choosable models.

I'll be testing them deeper pretty soon, nonetheless they already look functional and great, kudos.

Great work! _________________________ Lord Jierdan Firkraag The Dragon's Lair, my D&D resource
If you rename the model from "w_dag03" to "w_dag07", it will occupy a new , empty slot (I'll update this right away).
As for the inventory icon, it isn't as simple. I'm still trying to figure out how that works.
Thanks for the vote Jallaix! ;) _________________________ Edunas Project Leader,

Any chance of an override version of this without overwriting anything?

Woawww, a new weapon ! It looks so cool... But why do you override the dagger model 3 ? Can't you just add it as a new dagger model ? _________________________ Spellcasting Framework Wild/Dead Magic Zone (Spellcasting Framework add-on)
