I think we need something that can make us change our PC's appearance during mid-game. I personally haven't finish the OC because I always wanted to change my PC's face or hair style even gender each time I found a new better suit of armor. Anybody had the same problem?
Yeah, I would love to see something like that, too. Especially for Persistent Worlds where you don't have direct access to your character file.
Something like a "make-up kit" would be nice. A script to change hair color and style in game at least... and if possible to alter whith and girth of the character to reflect muscle gain or gaining/loosing weight. If I had a free wish, I'd even ask for a con-artist's kit that enables you to paint your skin and dress up as an old beggar or the other gender.
Changing tint colors ingame should be possible somehow... I don't believe the game designers haven't planed for that, at least for clothing. Unfotunately I have no clue about scripting...
Just switching hair styles might be possible by translating the hair styles to wigs used as hat items.
I'm a really moody gamer too. You can use LETO v3 to change all those things with nwn2. It can be a little complicated, just make sure to back up your files first before messing with them:
1. Open LETO go to menu>tools>advanced editor and open up the playerlist.ifo file in the savefile in nwn2
2. edit to you hearts content. most of its pretty self-explanatory, the values for appearance_head and appearance_hair can be looked up in the toolset. If you're looking to change the colors of your character, under tint_head option 1 will change skin, option 2 will change tattoo, option 3 will change eyebrows. under tint_hair option 1 will change hair accessory, 2 will change hair color, and 3 will change hair highlight.
3. after you're done messing around, right click to save as playerlist.ifo under as type option "as ITP file"
